- Contact your District Director with the dates you would like approved, remember, the dates must be four weeks prior.
- Directors will send your jackpot information to the website.
- Members need to print their Own Attendance Card off the website.

- You must print off the Non Members Page. It will be your responsibility, as a jackpot host, to fill in the sheet with the non members for the day. You, as the host, will then need to mail or Fax this sheet non member page directly to the SBRA office (Connie Schnitzler). ) A $5.00 NON Member Fee per non member/jackpot must be collected and mailed to SBRA Office.

Jackpot Hosts always follow these steps:
- Ask if the competitor is a current SBRA member ….
If YES …. SIGN their attendance card
If NO ….
Ask if the individual would like to purchase their SBRA membership (Always have several membership forms available, you can print them off our website before your jackpot). If they do not want to become a member, you will need to place their name on the Non Member page. Remember to send this paper to SBRA Office after jackpot completion.
- After the membership paper work is done, take your entry for the individual.
- Complete your jackpot and payout – You are strongly encouraged to follow the SBRA Standard Payout for Added money jackpots (available to print off on our site)
- Send a COPY of your jackpot time sheet to your DISTRICT DIRECTOR that is printed in Bold under the directors list on our website. You should always keep a record of your jackpots also. Send the NON member page and the Non Member Fees to SBRA Office (Connie Schnitzler)
